Hi All,

 Thanks for all of your kind answers for my previous questions. Its help me a lot ^^. After researching the code, an idea appeared in my mind. What if I make a new website under ASP.NET 2.0 with my own design, like creating my own blogging website, but the engine is from community server, that free source code sdk. Is it possible? Anyone know the tutorial's links for this purpose? Or Anyone have suggestions or briefly explain how to implement it if it is possible? Thanks for your all kind attention. Thanks for helping ^^

Here Telligenti's have to answer and help you about licensing but developing for such a website can depend on two points:

1- If you want to use CS with your application, probably you need to purchase a single sign-on add-on.

2- For coding against Community Server APIs, you need a knowledege in .NET programming and CS APIs.  I have s set of posts here about Community Server development using its APIs which can help you.
