site showing "We are currently unable to serve your request

I received the following error after placing ads in Skin-Ads.ascx section so I cut the code out and then placed the origional code below back in and re-saved. The first time i placed ad code in this section I had no problems and the ad was displayed in CS just fine. Not sure what occured now can you assist?
