when I tried to run the /web/installer/default.aspx file, I got such error. What can I do to solve this problem. And how can I caonfigure my cs to make it work. In addition, my cd version is for web install. How to configure my database? My sql  server is microsoft sql server 2005. Are there some links or some wizard?  Thank you very much!

Open up installer/default.aspx

Near the top you should see a setting something like enabled=false, change it to true (lowercase)

Change it back to false after you have installed CS

Yes, you are right. I made it working. However, when I went to the third step. I met an error, it says: SELECT permission denied on object 'sysdatabases', database 'mssqlsystemresource', schema 'sys'.  And I chose windows authentication, and server name is by default the "(local)". I remember I have configured it somewhere to windows authentication. How can pass this step? Thanks very much.
