CS 2.1 beta 1 - Adding items to blog list will not work (reloadLinks is not defined)

I have created a single blog list.  When I go to add the first item to the blog list, I receive an error.  I have tried it under Firefox v1.5.0.4 and under IE 6.

 Error under Firefox:

"reloadLinks is not defined.  BLOCKED SCRIPTTelligent_Modal.Open('/cs/ControlPanel/Blogs/LinkForm.aspx?CategoryID=1',400,300,reloadLinks); (line 1) "

Nothing shows up in the Event Log, either.

Ideas?
