Hello guys!

The images that users upload for their avatars are automatically resized and compressed. The compression factor is too strong for my taste. Is there any possibility to define a lighter compression factor?

Thank you very much!

Fabian

Hello guys,

I simply wanted to let the Telligent people know that the compression factor for the avatars is to strong! It would be very nice to give the administrator the possibility to set various compression factors.

Thank you for any improvement.

Fabian

I am in agreement with you as I'm sure most people are.  The compression is far too strong.  If you have a picture of yourself or whoever, the image becomes very fuzzy.

I have a copy of CS2007 and this does not appear to be fixed.  Can't this be fixed as an option pretty simple in CS2007?  Can this be changed in code behind?

Thanks.

Regards,

Mark

It would need to be updated within the code.

Location: Components\Resources.cs

The ResizeImage method would need to be modified.
