Add "byline" data field to blog post

Hello, I've been looking all over and can't seem to find anything on this topic. I'd like to add a new field to the "Write new post" area in CS Blogs that would store a  byline. For example, we may have an editor posting several stories by different authors, and rather than force them to login as the particular writer, it would be nice to have a text field to enter names or even a dropdown of available users' full names. Any thoughts?
