Moving to MCE 3.1.1

I've been attempting to update the current version of MCE built into CS 2008 (2.1.1 I believe) to version 3.1.1 of the MCE editor.

Most of the mechanics seems to hinge around the tiny_mce/jscripts/tiny_mce/themes directory.

Can you guys give me a rough idea of what will need to change to get the two talking?
