I don't know how to say it, but sometimes I'd like a "tree view" or something.

nobody else think so ?

Oh I see what you mean; The comments should not just follow each other...almost something like 'In reply to'

It is not out of the box functionality for Blogs (as far as I know). Not a requirement in my case....hopefully there is someone elso who can assist.

andrevs is right in that it is not out of the box functionality.

If you look at the cs_Posts table, you will see a ParentID column (which is a reference to another row in cs_Posts) which for blog posts is always the initial blog post.  When you look at forum posts, you see that the ParentID values are all over the place within an indivdual thread.

Changing this behavior would be a decently difficult proposition.

Sounds like a good feature, this blog has it. I guess it would allow the blog author to reply to individual comments more easily.

I think it has the possibility to be a good feature as well.  The blog you linked is running Wordpress.  I have seen other blogs that have it as well.  What I really like about threaded comments is that you don't end up with tons of @somedude in the comments.  Then you don't have to go back up and look for the comment by 'somedude' just to understand the context of a comment.

I've also noticed the feature in a review blog I read today. It could be a useful feature
