polls problem

i edited a user's post and it removed their poll and all its results!

is there anyway to get it back?

Yeah, this is definately a bug.  We are having this same problem, which is a BIG problem for us as in our most active forum, every post includes a user created poll.

The results are still in the DB.  You can recreate the poll with the same answers, in the same order, and it will show up again.  That's the work around we've been using, but it's VERY frustrating, when we edit something and have to recreate  the poll EVERY time.

Jesse, yes it has been resolved. I show it having been checked in on 5-Aug-2008. So the fix is in Community Server 2008.5 and in Community Server 2008 SP1.
