Hi,

I am using Community Server version 3.1.20917.1142 - what version does this translate too and where can I find the relevant service packs? I am trying to fix the "New Lines Stripped from Text Email" problem, but based on the instructions, I am unsure which version I am running.

Thanks,

Chris

We're running that same version. It's 2007.1. Not sure where the SPs are - you might have to contact Telligent for them.

Thank you. Am I correct in assuming that the Service Packs are cumulative? Can I jump right to SP2 or do I need to apply SP1 first?

Yes they are but SP1 is the latest service pack for CS2007.1. Now that CS2008 is out I doubt there will be an SP2.
