Copy an application under a different root?

Is there any way besides copying the weblog application into a separate project that I can have a /articles set of blogs and a /blogs set of blogs without the urls getting confused between the two?

i.e. Blog Groups 9, 10, and 11 are /articles for all links, and Group 12 is under /blogs?
