Can't set up as a user

I treid to set up myself as a user & get one of those notes unable to process at this time notes.

Any clues to how I can get this fixed & get access to all the gold related forums?

If you want access to the Gold forums for CS2007 and 2.1, you'll need to contact your Gold Support account manager, and provide them with your username on this forum, and they should be able to get you access to the Gold forums.
