Using Drop down for Date Entry

Hi,

We are wanting to use drop downs for birthdate entry on our registration page. The little "Calendar" feature for entering dates is not the best because the user either has to keep clicking to get to their appropriate year. Drop Downs would be easiest. Of course this ties into the user profile.

Any help?
