Does Dan Bartels calendar work for cs 2008?

I downloaded your calendar DanBartels.CS.Calendar (CS 2007) Revision: 3.0.20516. It worked perfectly in CS 2007. However I got an error message when I plugged it into CS 2008. I did exact same way for both CS 2007 and CS 2008. Could you please tell me what should I do to make it work for CS 2008? The erorr message is "Cannot load or assembly CompomentArt.Web.UT or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
