"change how my gallery looks" page

Bit of a strange one, I found this post about this too.

We've just created a new CS2007.1 site and can see a new page under My Photos > Settings called Change how my gallery looks. This link is not in our uk-mkivs CS2007.1 site though. The page content changes depending on whether you chose tags or forums.

I remember this page from CS2.1 but presumed it had been removed in CS2007, any ideas why/how it is showing?

In our old CS2.1 uk-mkivs install we had Themes turned off for galleries, does that affect it?
