Can I Create a New Page Like the Home Page

I  want to know if it's possible to create a new page like the homepage where I can edit the content like the homepage.. I don't see how to create a new page in the admin area...  I am using CS2007 Express...

Have a look at Control Panel > Administration > System Tools > Manage / Create articles.
