How to export database to CSV file?

My site hosted on Godaddy shared hosting. I want to upgrade it from CS 2007.1 to CS 2008. I downloaded files and database to local and successfully upgraded it to CS 2008 on local host. The problem is that I find it very difficult to bring the upgraded database back to work on the hosting environment.  The Godaddy does not allow to restore a database that was backup outside it's system so I use Database Publish Wizard to publish the database to host ( Query Analyzer on the hosting Control Panel is impossible because the server timeout).  When I run the Database Publishing Wizard to publish the database some tables were published to the hosting. Unfortunately, for larger tables such as cs_posts, and cs_Statistics_Site  it couldn't be published because the sever timeout.

I want to use the import feature on the server control panel and import the larger tables like cs_post, cs_Statistics but I don't know how to export a database table to CSV file that is the only file type Godaddy allow to be imported.

Because someone said that he successfully upgraded his site to CS 2008 on Godaddy hosting so I decide to upgrade my site. When I failed to upgrade I have successfully installed CS 2008 on Godaddy. Ironically, Now I can't restore my site to CS 2007.1. I had backup CS 2007.1 database on live server and didn't change anything. But after I delete the CS 2007.1 database to install the CS 2008 I can't restore the CS 2007 database. When it said the restore process complete successfully I can't  connect to the database and couldn't log in the database admin because the connection string changed but I don't know why!  I contacted Godaddy staff but their answers did not satisfy me.

    Please give me some advice

    Thank you,

I'd suggest reviewing this thread regarding installing on GoDaddy: http://dev.communityserver.com/forums/t/498711.aspx

    Thank you,

I successfully upgraded to CS 2008 by manually change and run the Script.  The thing I am focusing on now is the email setting for CS 2008 on Godaddy shared hosting.
