Changing Page Title Subject Order

 I want to change how my page titles are displayed in CS.  The current page title displays the name of the user's blog first, then the subject of the post.  I would like to reverse this order, so that the post subject is the first element displayed by the page title, followed by the blog's name.

I have looked in the layouttemplate.ascx file of my skin files but do not see anything to modify re: the title.  Can someone help me out here?  I'm not much of a developer, so I'm hoping the answer doesn't involve messing around with too much C# code.
