On my site, I see that.

 

 

Is there a way to hide or disable/hide the "Help" text.  If a user clicks it, it redirects to communityserver.com I believe.

 

Help would be appreciated.

 Open up Themes/YOUR THEME/Common/UserWelcome.ascx, and remove the line that looks like

        <CSControl:UserData runat="server" ResourceName="help" LinkTo="FAQ"><LeaderTemplate>| </LeaderTemplate></CSControl:UserData>

N.B. you will find this in two locations in that file, remove both just to be sure.
