Read only forums

I don't understand why International forums became read only.

At this point in time, they're not read-only, but we have changed the title to *say* "read-only" since we're trying to shrink the total number of forums and these see little traffic.

 I think they are read only however as Jose is probably in an administrative role on these forums, he can still post to them so to him they appear as if you can post to them but for the average CS user on these forums, they cannot be posted to.

Do you realise that for the more then a month nobody from non-enlish speakers was able to communicate?
