Is it possible to add favicon with css override in Kid Congo theme. I don't have access to my server. All I can do is go to control panel > Global settings > change how my blog looks > css overrides and eneter code there.

You add favicon's by uploading them to your site root, CSS is not needed.

That means I can't do it?
Yes you can do it, you just need to upload favicon.ico to the root of your website.
How do I do that. I don't have access to the server. I can only do css overrides in my blog.
Man do i love favicons...but without the ability to upload favicon.ico to your servers root you will not be able to get this functionality…[:'(]
As a side note I do hate the fact that no one takes the time to change their favicons...as a CS fan i have a lot of CS sites saved as bookmarks...and that means a lot of trees (nothing wrong with that i guess) never mind....disregard previous statement...
