Is it advisable to include all the "tags" pages in a Google Sitemap?
I have noticed that Google will only automatically index simple pages with one tag if referenced with links from a Community Server site. For example: www.portugalnyt.dk/tags/Portugal/default.aspx
Google will never automaticly find pages with combined tags. For example: http://www.portugalnyt.dk/tags/Portugal/Lissabon/shopping/default.aspx
A Community Server site will typically contain thousands of pages with combined tags.
My question is whether it is a good idea to supply a Google Sitemap with all these pages, so chances are they will be indexed eventually.
Thanks.

I'm not an expert, but I'd say it wouldn't be advisable. If you did that you'd have large numbers of identical pages which you might get penalised for. With the above example:
CS Documentation - now available in downloadable PDF form
My CS Site
Made a post peviously but that was moderated. I'd say it won't be worth it as you'll end up with lots of duplicate pages indexed by google - with the above example there would be 6 different pages, all identicle (just rearange the tags into different orders).
As long as we are on the subject of google indexing does anyone know if google will index user profiles...and if not how i could get it to?

I'm guessing that depends on whether or not you have user profiles viewable to anonynomous users - if you don't, then google will only be able to index your login page.
