 Hi.

I cannot get any images to upload to my galleries. I've checked solutions for previous posts, but cannot find the problem. Please help!

My url is: http://ipsofoto.com  , and I'm using the latest version of 2007.

Thanks so  much.

 Dave,

Thanks for the quick response.  I'm not getting error messages. When I have chosen the image to upload, and press the upload button, nothing happens. It simply doesn't upload; no error message, no exceptions reported.

Thanks,

Steven

 Dave,

Here's what I've done;

Gallery Groups; one, called Registered Users.

Permissions:

Registered Users- 40 images, 6144 of space.

Default Photo Settings:  Create Directories; yes.
                                    Auto Create: yes
                                  Default Group: Registered Users.

Where else should I be looking?

Thanks,

Steven

Hi Steven,

Have you changed anything in the Global Permissions.  I tried to join your site, but it looks like the registration is  not working.

Regards

Dave

 Dave,

I just don't know what could be wrong. One potential member told me he could join using IE, but not Firefox. Another told me he could use Firefox, but not IE. You were unable at all.  I don't know what to change!

Thanks,

Steven

Hi Steven,

I was using IE 7.  The site was telling me I had not agreed to the terms and conditions, despite the fact I had checked the box to say that I did.  If you can get a backup of the database and the site files, zip them up and it is not to large and would like me to take a look at it all, let me know.

Regards

Dave

 Dave,

Thanks so much.  I have solved the problem of image uploads; Jose and Ben saw that my site was missing files.

The problem of logins and signing up is persisting, though.  I believe my site files have gotten corrupted. I appreciate your offer of auditing my files. I'm going to try re-deploying everything but the theme files, and see if that fixes it.  If not, I hope I can take you up on your generous offer.

Again, thanks for your help.

Steven
