Content Mirroring - Job not running?

We are using CS 2007 and would like to utilise the Content Mirroring part of it.

 I managed to create a blog and added a mirror feed towards CNN Travel News : http://rss.cnn.com/rss/cnn_travel.rss.

When hitting the save button after creating the mirror feed, CS lists the feed and shows almost the current time as the "Last Pull Time". Problem is, no posts have been added to the blog? I have even waited a day, but still no posts.

I am not sure whether the automatic task responsible for pulling the feed is even running? how can I see that? My "Job Report" is empty and no related exceptions are shown in the "Event Log".
