Help, issue, encoding, Chinese shown as ???

Hi  I have the forum  name in Chinese, when I use NNTP in Outlook Express, it shown as ??? and I  can't get the content

error msg:

...was unable to switch to the newgroup ??????

could anybody help? thanks!

It's a known bug. Was supposed to have been fixed. Isn't yet. Change your forum names to ASCII characters only. But you can still put chinese characters in the descriptions.
