Changing the names of the navigation links

I would like to change the names of the navigations links just below the header. For example, I want to rename 'Downloads' to 'Videos'.  Is this possible?  Can someone assist me in doing this?

There is a file in the cs folder under languages / en-us / resources.xml

Within this file is most of the text that appears throughout the site.  Search for Downloads in this file and you should be able to find where all the button text is and simply change it here and save it.

Hey guys, just starting out with CS and found this post, changing the name is great, but how can we change the url as well.?
